We are surrounded by wonderful patterns in nature.
My abstract work is dependent on these patterns reflected in natural chaos: tangles of
brushwood, fault lines in rocks, wave prints on sand, reflections on water, sunbeams between trees, wind streaks through corn, icicles on branches, moving, changing in rhythm of invisible forces. To appreciate and use them I have learnt to dissolve language that superimposes structures and traps our perception. This opens my imagination to new shades and forms.
